Taxi requests and fare status

Displayed amounts are calculated from STT GO’s configured destination-based St. Thomas fare schedule. Posted tariff cards and lawful instructions remain controlling. Routes without a configured direct match require a licensed driver or dispatcher to confirm the fare before payment.

No rider taxi booking fee

New taxi requests under policy STTGO-NO-RIDER-FEE-2026-09 carry no STT GO rider booking fee. The full displayed taxi fare is paid directly to the confirmed transportation partner. Any separately agreed partner referral commission is paid by the partner to STT GO and is not added to the passenger’s fare. A submitted request remains pending until a driver accepts.

Taxi cancellation and no-shows

Cancel promptly if your plans change. This policy does not authorize an automatic card-based cancellation or no-show charge. Confirmed partners and guests should communicate changes before pickup.

Earlier booking policies

Bookings made under an earlier policy retain their recorded fare, payment, consent and refund terms. The no-rider-fee policy applies to new requests and does not rewrite completed or previously paid transactions.

Island-tour reservations

Island-tour checkout charges a 15% reservation deposit that is credited toward the displayed tour total. Unless confirmation states otherwise, the remaining 85% is paid directly to the confirmed guide or operator. Payment protects a reservation request; guide, vehicle, itinerary, meeting point, and availability are not final until STT GO confirms them. Attraction admission, beach fees, ferry tickets, food, beverages, gratuities, rentals, and other third-party costs are excluded unless the confirmation expressly includes them.

Island Memory gallery

By submitting a vacation photo, the submitter confirms that they own the photo or have permission to share it and grants STT GO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, crop, and promote the approved photo within the STT GO website and STT GO social channels with the submitted attribution. The submitter retains ownership and may request removal. STT GO may approve, decline, feature, archive, or remove content at its discretion, including content that is unsafe, misleading, unlawful, promotional, infringing, or unrelated to St. Thomas.

Tour timing, changes, and cancellations

• Cruise guests must provide accurate ship, dock, contact, and all-aboard information and follow the confirmed meeting instructions.
• Routes and stop durations may change for weather, traffic, closures, ship schedules, safety, or other island conditions.
• If STT GO cannot confirm a requested guide or reasonable alternative, the tour reservation deposit is eligible for refund.
• Guest cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the confirmed operator’s policy and how much notice is provided. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Disputes and support

Email support@stthomastaxis.com with the booking reference before filing a card dispute when practical. STT GO will review checkout consent, dispatch, driver, location, timing, and communication records. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law or a card issuer.

Rider responsibilities

• Provide accurate route, passenger, luggage, scheduling, and contact details.
• Be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
• Review the displayed fare and trip terms before requesting a driver.
• Treat drivers, vehicles, dispatchers, and other passengers respectfully.

Transportation partner membership

Verified basic directory listings are free and STT GO partnerships are nonexclusive. We Are Born 2 Strive VI is STT GO’s priority transportation partner and has a monthly dispatch-membership fee waiver for its approved enrollment. Once its approved account is active, general taxi requests are offered to its team first before the wider eligible driver network.

Applications are reviewed before access is granted. Approval covers the named primary operator and vehicle. The standard 30-day dispatch trial and optional $49 monthly membership per approved vehicle continue to apply to other partners.

Born 2 Strive pays STT GO a 10% referral commission on completed bookings generated and recorded through STT GO. The passenger pays the displayed fare directly to the transportation partner; the commission is a separate business-to-business obligation and is not added to the passenger’s fare. Membership does not guarantee bookings, employment or earnings. Partners remain responsible for lawful operations and guest care.

Availability and changes

Ride and driver availability is not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, road conditions, ferry and flight activity, communications outages, and other island conditions may affect service. STT GO may update platform functions and these terms; the policy version accepted at checkout is retained with the payment order.
