We collect only the information needed to arrange taxi requests, review drivers, operate the platform and deliver the Island Guide.
Information we collect
Rider booking information may include contact details, pickup and destination, party size, luggage, scheduling details and payment confirmation identifiers. Driver applications may include name, phone, WhatsApp, email, license and badge numbers, vehicle information, service areas and applicant notes. Island Guide requests include the contact information the reader chooses to provide.
How we use it
- To calculate, protect and dispatch taxi requests.
- To contact and review prospective STT GO drivers.
- To operate the admin, safety, analytics and support functions.
- To deliver requested guide issues and occasional updates when consent is provided.
Payments
Card details are entered with Stripe. STT GO does not receive or store your full card number. We retain booking and payment confirmation records needed to operate and support the service.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Details may be shared with service providers that operate essential platform functions and with the driver or dispatch team involved in a requested ride. Application data is limited to authorized STT GO reviewers. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, safety, disputes and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request a correction or deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from marketing messages. Operational booking and application messages may still be necessary to complete a request you initiated.
