Havensight is the West Indian Company dock area. If your itinerary says WICO, this is the pickup guide to use. Crown Bay is a separate cruise terminal; do not select it just because your itinerary also says Charlotte Amalie.

Coming ashore at Havensight? Start your taxi request from the WICO dock area and choose your beach, shopping stop or ferry connection. Give the driver your ship name and agree on a meeting point before leaving the port.
Agree on the meeting point
The calculator uses “Havensight (Crossroad)” as its fare-location label. That label is not an instruction to walk to a roadside junction. Follow port staff directions and use the exact meeting point confirmed by your assigned driver.
Plan the ride back
If your plans include Havensight shopping after a beach trip, tell the driver before agreeing on your return drop-off. Shopping time, the walk back through the port and ship security all belong inside your all-aboard buffer.

Taxi fares and private transfers
The estimator uses the configured St. Thomas fare schedule, party size and bags. Pay the taxi fare directly to the transportation partner. A separate 10% STT GO booking fee is payable after driver acceptance.
If you want an exclusive vehicle, extra stops or a custom itinerary, ask for those arrangements to be confirmed. A per-person taxi estimate is not a quote for unlimited stops or private use.

Confirm whether your ship’s clock matches St. Thomas time (Atlantic Standard Time, UTC−4). Work backward from all aboard and include traffic, loading, walking and security. Your driver needs your return deadline before you set off.
STT GO is independent of your cruise line. A request or a tour-planning estimate is not a guarantee of return to the ship.

Is Havensight the same as WICO?
Yes—WICO refers to the West Indian Company dock in Havensight. It is different from Crown Bay. Check your cruise documents again if the ship changes berth or tenders instead of docking.
Can I request a return taxi as well?
Discuss the return pickup time, meeting point and fare with the partner. A one-way request does not automatically reserve a return ride. For a planned excursion, review the tour’s stated transportation and inclusions before booking.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can make a guest taxi request. Provide both a phone number and email so the partner can confirm the trip and contact you about the pickup.
What if my ship changes ports?
Check the updated itinerary and contact your assigned partner or STT GO before heading to the meeting point. A ride requested from one terminal does not automatically move to the other.
