Crown Bay cruise passengers arrive at the Austin “Babe” Monsanto Marine Terminal. The Virgin Islands Port Authority operates this facility. It is a different pickup area from Havensight/WICO on the other side of the harbor.

Agree on the meeting point
Crown Bay cruise terminal and the neighboring marina are different meeting points. A ferry departure from Crown Bay does not automatically use your cruise-ship pickup location. Confirm the terminal, meeting point and any walking instructions with the assigned driver.
Plan the ride back
When returning from the East End or a beach, ask for the Crown Bay cruise terminal and name your ship. Do not use Havensight as a substitute drop-off. Leave room for road traffic, unloading, the terminal walk and your ship’s boarding procedure.

Taxi fares and private transfers
The estimator uses the configured St. Thomas fare schedule, party size and bags. Pay the taxi fare directly to the transportation partner. A separate 10% STT GO booking fee is payable after driver acceptance.
If you want an exclusive vehicle, extra stops or a custom itinerary, ask for those arrangements to be confirmed. A per-person taxi estimate is not a quote for unlimited stops or private use.

Confirm whether your ship’s clock matches St. Thomas time (Atlantic Standard Time, UTC−4). Work backward from all aboard and include traffic, loading, walking and security. Your driver needs your return deadline before you set off.
STT GO is independent of your cruise line. A request or a tour-planning estimate is not a guarantee of return to the ship.

Is Crown Bay Marina the same pickup as my cruise ship?
No. State whether you need the cruise terminal or a marina/ferry meeting point. Use your confirmed booking instructions and local staff directions to reach the right place.
Can I request a return taxi as well?
Discuss the return pickup time, meeting point and fare with the partner. A one-way request does not automatically reserve a return ride. For a planned excursion, review the tour’s stated transportation and inclusions before booking.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can make a guest taxi request. Provide both a phone number and email so the partner can confirm the trip and contact you about the pickup.
What if my ship changes ports?
Check the updated itinerary and contact your assigned partner or STT GO before heading to the meeting point. A ride requested from one terminal does not automatically move to the other.
